Proposal by convention of states, ratification by state conventions (never used)

Proposal by convention of states, ratification by state legislatures (never used)

Proposal by Congress, ratification by state conventions (used once)

Proposal by Congress, ratification by state legislatures (used all other times)

The New Physical Resource - Digitally stored personal data used on a daily basis by commerce, government, health research, etc. Before technology gave us this new resource, the only thing you could own that was worth something was land, animals, tools. Technology has opened up access to a whole new resource that the new Ruling eLeechs (FANG) want, your DATA. It's your personal information concerning you. Let them pay for it. Everyone's data only belongs to them under “natural law”. This new resource can pay for Universal Basic Income. It will not require any direct taxation to pay for the UBI. This will require new amendments to be made to the Constitution. We the people, can do this, and completely bypass congress. The new amendments will be required for protecting the misuse of this data. Don't believe anyone who says your private data is safe on the Internet or that you can trust institutions that claim to delete all your data after a period of time. Backups of your data exist, and you cannot be sure those backups have been deleted. Let the Fun Begin
